Heavy Iron - My Actifit Report Card: May 21 2025
I was glad to have some time this morning to get to the gym for a good workout without much of a rush. This allowed me to add some weight again so that I could recover between sets. I did go too heavy a couple attempts which I expected and was fine with as my approach was to really test some of my limite and find that failure point. It was a good experiment as I knew I was ready to push in some areas and not in others.
I was able to get some paces before and after as well which helped the morning get a good amount of activity to start the day. I was able to focus on work which was also busy for most of the day. The evening was busy as well as the family had an event to go to which made me feel even better for being able to get my workout early. Half way through the week which is great so far as progress continues.
