Adjusting to Time Crunch - My Actifit Report Card: May 28 2025
The day started early as I needed to get ahead of my busy work schedule today which made me head to the gym early for a workout. My focus this morning was doing a full body weight training session to continue my heavy push to test my limits. I quickly realized that I had to hurry a bit which curtailed an exercise or two as I had to get to my first meeting. At least the workout gave me a good energy boost to start the day.
I could not believe how quickly the day went as I was back to back in meetings all day. With the exception of some small breaks between meetings, I had very little chances to get any paces in even trying to get up often for a snack or restroom breaks. However, my evening was clear and I had plans to get back to the gym. It was originally to get some recovery at the Spa but I had to adjust and got on the treadmill for some slow walking to achieve my goal for the day.
