Father’s Day Plan Changes - My Actifit Report Card: June 15 2025
I got up before the family as I wanted to get an early session at the gym. I headed over after my coffee and was ready to get some lifting done but was surprised to see that the gym was closed today given an event the night before which was unexpected. I decided to pivot and drive into town to get on the wall and go for my long run which I had in mind as well. It was a little hotter than I would have liked but the wall had good shade from the trees.
It was a slow day with the family as it was more of a recovery day so we just went out for some groceries and a quick lunch before heading back. I found myself preparing for my return to work in the evening to reduce the amount of emails I need to handle tomorrow. However, I was not to anxious to get started and left more for tomorrow when I start to work again.
