More for Monday Morning - My Actifit Report Card: June 16 2025

Today was the start of a new routine as I shift back from vacation to work mode. Despite the shift, my focus remains on getting good workouts to start the day so I was in the gym first thing in the morning. I took my time and added some weight to test getting closer to failure for these next two weeks as I look on how to progress short term with the extra calories I am getting.

The diet remains inclusive of carbs but I have started to focus on maintenance this week to ease into something potentially different from here. I will be interested to see how my body and mind responds in these two weeks. Definitely felt some fatigue by the end of the day so the challenge seems to be balanced to start. Sleep and rest will be key as well so that recovery cab do its job as well.
