Mid Week Lifting - My Actifit Report Card: June 18 2025
I got some sleep last night to help recover both mind and body given the hectic start to the week so far at work. I feel that I have caught up at work and while it remains busy, I felt I could get up and head to the gym for a good workout. I was lifting today so I continue to settle in on the weight I am lifting which I feel I have found a sweet spot. It was another full body workout although I added a couple of sets for legs to ensure I target them given some reduction on walking I expect today.
I was able to get back on time to attack the work day fairly easily although it went long today. I got some time to pace in the evening to hit my goal after dinner which was good as I had to keep working. The list of some personal chores is growing so need to figure out how to get those done at some point before they pile up. Difficult to find time these days as I balance all the important aspects of life between work, family and business.
