Night Games - My Actifit Report Card: July 9 2025
The grind at work continued today so I could not get much time for a formal workout today although I was able to go for a short walk in the morning in between meetings. I was thinking about the evening for a workout but got an invite to play some Pickleball so I thought that would be a good way to mix things up a bit.
The challenge today was my diet as I struggled to get enough protein today given how busy I was. I fell only a bit short but it was because of forcing myself with some shakes to get it in before sleep which I try to avoid too late. Given the activity being cardio, I wanted to ensure I got protein as tomorrow will be a strength day. I just hope I find the time to squeeze it in.
