Morning Progression - My Actifit Report Card: July 22 2025

I hit the gym early again this morning as today was the busiest day of the week per my calendar. I knew I would not have energy in the evening to get a workout so sacrificed sleep again for an early wake up and drive to the gym. I debated on what to do but felt good so went for a jog with incremental speed for 4 miles on the treadmill. It got me good energy to attack my morning meetings.

The crash came at lunch but feeding my body got me the energy needed to get a second wind for the afternoon. I was glad the way the day worked out as traffic was horrible on my way back home so I would have dreaded having to go at that time for a work out. Fed myself with some extra protein at Dinner to help with recovery. Tonight it is time to catch up on sleep!
