Next Set of Workouts - My Actifit Report Card: August 9 2025
Today I focused on the next set of workouts from my new program which switches every week thru each phase. It was a long list of exercises focused on the upper body but with only one set to failure. This meant I loaded the weight as much as I could but it was a challenge as my heavy side are different for dumbbells versus barbells. It was the first attempt so I took notes for the next iteration next week.
I also did a session of Yoga as usual with the family which was a challenge given the workout session. This made it a bit challenging to get to my daily goals for the rest of the day. I also had some chores to get done at home given how busy work had been. My diet continues to be challenging as I think I am becoming less disciplined despite hitting my protein targets which is my priority. Adjustments all around are still needed.
