Bouncing Back - My Actifit Report Card: August 23 2025
I got some great sleep last night as I caught up with some rest for both my mind and body. It remains busy all around my life and that continued today with some chores at home which were challenged by the weather. However, I started the day heading to the gym to get my workout in on the weights. I stayed heavy and felt pretty good which was encouraging to feel given the challenges this past week.
I got back home to have a good and clean meal which was good to complete the bounce back. After getting the chores done, the family and I headed out for some shopping and a late lunch. I deviated a bit from the disciplined approach today but not too bad. I could afford the deviation given the workout but need to figure out how to be more consistent. Still have another shot tomorrow.
