More Chores - My Actifit Report Card: August 24 2025

I still had chores to get done today as the weather made it tough to get them all done yesterday. I waited for a good breakfast first to get to them as I knew ot would be a warm up for my eventual workout. I started outside and the humidity got to me quickly as I sweated as if I was doing a workout. I got inside to work on some repairs to the bathroom which did not go very well unfortunately. The worst feeling is to have to keep something on the to do list as it relies on a higher level of expertise.

With this warm up in for the early afternoon, I headed to the gym to get my routine in at the racks which included some heavy squats. While my form still needs improvement, I am impressed at the weight I am able to get on the barbell at the moment. Ended with some additional core training as I thought it was needed to pay for the poor diet this passed week. Another busy week ahead as things ramp up at work again for a couple of weeks.
