Morning Gym Visit - My Actifit Report Card: September 3 2025
Today was another busy day but I had the morning to work on getting a workout in so I headed to the gym. I thought I would have a lot of time but ran into some delays in some light weight training that was due today as part of my deload week. I also stayed on the treadmill for my cooldown a little longer than usual to get good activity ahead of the busy afternoon. I did sneak into the Spa for some recovery but it was only for a moment as I had to head back to my morning meetings.
It was back to back meetings for the rest of the day which made it challenging to get some food but I did squeeze a couple of meals in between. The diet has gone well this week as I have adjusted to the lower intensity workouts. I am hitting my protein macros which is my focus but I am finding that fats are becoming my challenge which is ironic considering how I depending on them during my keto diet phase. I will continue to adjust as necessary.
