Hill Active Recovery - My Actifit Report Card: September 4 2025
I was up early today as the calendar looked busy for me at work. I headed to the gym for some active recovery cardio as my deload week continues. I opted for an hour on the treadmill with some hill intervals to push only a little while I recovered. Not feeling the recovery this week but I continue to trust the process as I continue the program.
Work was busy as it has been all Summer so it was great to just focus on getting things done with home and rest at the end of the day. Took time to watch some tv tonight as football season is starting and will keep me entertained on weekends now. The challenge will be squeezing in all the chores and endeavors I have going on as it has been impossible to get things done during the work week as of late. The weekend is close!
