Single Block of Time - My Actifit Report Card: September 20 2025
Had a great night of rest as I took my time to get my weekend started. I did not rush things in the morning and took my time to rest, relax and eat before getting some errands and chores done. By the time the afternoon came, I was ready to have a large block of time to focus on my workout. I headed to the gym and focused on my weight lifting routine which was long. I went heavy to challenge myself which was intimidating as I admit I was not too energized to start.
Energy picked up as I warmed up which was great as I got through the routine feeling welll through most of the lifts. I ended with a cooldown on the treadmill to get a good amount of activity for my daily goal. Still had time so ended at the Spa for some good recovery which continued when I got home after a shower as I just relaxed to watch some tv. Still have some things to do tomorrow ahead of another busy week at work.
