Early Hill Intervals - My Actifit Report Card: October 2 2025
I was back at the gym before dawn today to get ahead of a busy day expected at work. My body was feeling good despite the heavy lifts of the last couple of weeks. Since I had a pair of 5K runs last weekend, I decided to slow it down today and hit the treadmill for some hill intervals. It got me a good amount of sweat and into Zone 2 which was good for an active recovery. I ended with enough time for another session at the Spa before heading to work which included a dip into the cold plunge.
It was also a productive day at work which made me feel good as we head to the weekend. There is plenty to do and the coming deload week will allow me some time to catch up on some pending items. Ended the day back at home with some time for core training and stretching which felt good before bedtime. Relaxed a but to watch some sports before being ready for the start of the weekend tomorrow.
