Setting Up for the Deload - My Actifit Report Card: October 3 2025

Today was the end of Phase II of my latest programming. While I feel that I am gaining the strength I need to feel at this point, I feel that the diet continues to go the wrong way by adding more weight than I want. The latest measurements are supporting this view but at least some of the health metrics are still stable. I will take this next week to adjust a bit and cut the intake while resting for some recovery before getting to the next and last Phase.

Started the morning with a walk which was cut short by some rain. It was enough for stretching my legs and getting things flowing for the day. Work got busy for the rest of the day but I was able to get to the gym on time for the weekly GTX class which was great for a push. Weekend starts and the deload begins which will be an adjustment but a needed one.
