Deloading but Going Long - My Actifit Report Card: October 6 2025
I know the idea of a deload week is to bring overall activity down to allow the body to rest and recovery. However, I still want to have my endurance in check so I went back to a long run as I missed it last week as it was busy. I went out for an hour and enjoyed the run as the weather continues to improve.
The rest of the day was back to back in meetings with only some short periods to eat along the way. I kept myself hydrated as the long run was a little rough on my body. Overall, it was a good day but very busy. It will likely stay like this for a couple of weeks.
