Early Bodyweight Training - My Actifit Report Card: October 7 2025
It was a busy day ahead at work today which also started early so I had to get to the gym before dawn for my workout. Started with a longer warmup on the treadmill to get good activity and the blood flowing as I had a quick plan to do some circuit training using my bodyweight for a handful of exercises. It was a good mix to hit the full body so it doesn’t forget much during this deload week. Ended with a shorter cooldown before heading to work.
Work got borderline stressful today given the workload and demands this week. Unfortunately, it will not get better for a couple of weeks so my time management for workouts will be more important. I will focus on sleep not being the sacrifice as it has remained pretty good. The good side of early starts was that it was all about rest when I finally got back home.
