Unanswered Questions - My Actifit Report Card: October 11 2025
I am a bit confused today after getting my first workout of the last phase of my strength training program done. I prepared very well before starting as I had a good night of sleep and I ate before my workout to ensure I had enough energy to get through the workout which added more volume from previous phases. I got a good warm up and was also well hydrated before laying on the bench for the session. It was rough from the start despite not starting at my heaviest as I saw the volume ahead.
I found myself failing to complete the reps which is the first time it has consistently happened since starting this program. I even took the full rest between sets to recover in an effort to complete them but failed on most of the compound lifts. It was my longest weightlifting workout ever as I took my time to gauge the time I will need in the coming weeks as I eant to finish the program strong. I hope this is just getting back on track after the deload week but will pish forward with challenges ahead.
