Back to the Racks - My Actifit Report Card: October 12 2025

Today was the second day of restarting my strength training program and I was already starting to feel yesterday’s take its toll. I pushed forward at the gym early this morning after my coffee as I had the time. It was shorter than yesterday but it was still intense as the movements were new and I was going heavy. Took advantage to get my activity at the treadmill while there too with a visit to the Spa for some recovery as well.

I headed home to get the last piece of what I needed to complete the perfect start to a day with a great breakfast which was already waiting for me. This allowed me to spend the rest of the day with the family in a relaxed state. It is well needed as the week will bring challenges at work with a very full agenda which includes travel. Hopefully the weather doesn’t throw and unexpected curveballs.
