Downhill from Here - My Actifit Report Card: October 25 2025
Today marks the beginning of the last three weeks of my strength program. It will be the heaviest of all so I was glad that I got a good night of sleep as my mind and body needed it. I was at the gym before noon and was surprised to see if pretty full so it made it a long workout. I also needed to get a good amount of rest between sets given the weight.
Despite the delay, I still decided to head to the Spa afterwards as I wanted to get some recovery given the challenges of the past two weeks. I think it is downhill from here so looking forward to celebrating the achievements and feeling the progress soon. Happy that things have worked out but I know that the final deload week will be key for rest and recovery.
