Recovery after going Heavy - My Actifit Report Card: October 26 2025
I got another great night of sleep which now puts me completely up to speed with what I missed over the last two weeks. I had some early work to do but it was light and did not complicate my day as I started with a big breakfast too. After getting everything done, I headed to the gym for my lower body training day which was heavy so took my time with good rest between sets.
It was quick relative to yesterday so ended with some additional activity on the treadmill to cooldown before heading home. My checklist was done too so had time to just rest and relax which will come well for body and mind as recovery will be key as I look to closeout this training program soon.
