Active Recovery with Hill Intervals - My Actifit Report Card: October 30 2025
I was early today again as work remains busy and unpredictable. I also wanted to get active recovery early today with some treadmill time. I went for hill intervals for an hour to get things flowing early before work. It helped with energy throughout the day despite being up early two straight days.
Work was reasonable as I got away from my desk while the Sun was still out which is a good measure. That allowed me to also get my core training and stretch routine done before resting for the evening. Good meals during the day also helped me take care of mind and body which is needed as I prepare for more rest into the weekend. Feeling encouraged as I think the worst of the busy season is over.
