Finally - My Actifit Report Card: October 31 2025

I have been looking forward to this day as things have been very busy at work but it today it finally took a pause. I woke up to another surprise in that the weather was cooler than usual so took advantage to go for a nice walk. It was great to enjoy the fresh and cool air as the Sun came out. I hope this is the beginning of some great weather to come and take advantage of.

After getting work done for the day, I also headed to the gym for a session of light training. I focused on some core and leg exercises but took my time to get them done in good form. I had plenty of time to spare so went for some recovery. I started with a session on the Hydromassage before heading to the Spa for a long session between hot and cold therapy. It was a great way to setup the start of the weekend.
