The Close - My Actifit Report Card: November 14 2025

Today was another crazy day to end a busy week. I thought it would be better by now but I have not been that lucky. It was busy from the start so didn’t get much activity during the day. I finally got to the close of the work day to head to the gym for a workout.

It was a good class to get some good cardio in. The workout also marked the close of my strength training program. I will be measuring progress this weekend to see if it remains in the right direction. I will need to start setting up my next phase which will cycle back to endurance but strength training will remain a staple.
