Shift to Splits - My Actifit Report Card: November 18 2025
I was up early and at the gym after the morning coffee as the day at work had no rest in sight. I decided to go for a split type workout today to push some muscle groups further with more loads and reps. Going to target three of these workouts this week to see if I add aome shock to the body. It may lead to some soreness but next week should be a good week for recovery and rest.
I started with chest and arms today as the machines were mostly available. I headed to the Spa for some recovery whic felt good as the heat help with some reflection of the day ahead and to give the upper body some good recovery. I also got a quick walk in the evening to get past my daily goal before heading for some rest after a busy day at work.
