Positive Signs - My Actifit Report Card: January 10 2026
I was surprised after the workout yesterday that my back pain suddenly disappeared. While it slowly came back throughout the night, I now feel that it is more related to needing to stretch it during the day. I got a good night of sleep before getting up and getting some work done that was unexpected. It was early so it did not impact my plan to going to the gym early to warmup my body a bit for a quick workout.
I focused on the main lifts with good recovery in between. I know I could have done more but was happy with a handful of exercises as my focus was going to the Spa afterwards for recovery. I did a couple of bouts between the Jacuzzi and the Cold Plunge for my back. I got out of the gym feeling pretty good. I had to focus on some errands in the afternoon but was able to get good rest earlier in the evening. Positive signs for my recovery!
