Getting Heavy Again - My Actifit Report Card: January 17 2026
I finally caught up on sleep last night as I woke up late today. It followed up with a great breakfast which got things started well for the day. After a couple of chores and errands, I had a early afternoon coffee to gather some energy for a trip to the gym. It was somewhat empty which allowed me to take my time while I got some weightlifting done. I went for the machines as they were wide open.
I took the chance to go heavy with each set as my back feels somewhat recovered at the moment. There were a couple of repa where I could feel some strain but I was still able to get a good intense workout. I was done in good time but instead of going for a cooldown, I went to the Spa for some recovery. It left me short with my goal but I earned some time to rest and watch football for the rest of the evening.
