Leg Day to Balance - My Actifit Report Card: February 3 2026
The cold continues as does the busy schedule at work. Both make it more challenging to get my workouts in early to get some energy before the work day starts. I tried to deal with it but was unable to get anything done early in the day. However, I caught up and managed things to get out early evening for a workout. I decided to head to the gym for a workout and focused on strength training. Given the week behind me, it felt that a good leg day was in the cards.
I got to the gym and after a short warm up on the treadmill I went to work on my legs. I went somewhat heavy as my legs have been feeling strong but was careful with some lifts as my back still feels tight. After going through all the muscles, I cooled off on the treadmill while looking at some things I needed to do on my phone as things remain busy even outside of work given my projects. I still had time so went to treat myself to some time at the Spa before heading home for bed.
