Hitting the Weights to Push - My Actifit Report Card: February 15 2026
Achieving things yesterday helped me be more relaxed today despite a late wake up. I went to bed late but was able to adjust given the productive day yesterday. I opted to wait to eat until after my workout which made things interesting as today was a full body weightlifting workout day. I started ok but struggled with the last couple of exercises which made me drop reps a bit. However, I stayed heavy to push things.
I finished with time again to go to the Spa and treat myself to more recovery. I finally got home for a good meal to keep the energy up to spend time on some planning around my ongoing projects. It was less time than yesterday but it was still productive. Got me to rest early afternoon but I actually decided to play video games again as it helped with the stress last night. It has been a while since I did a back to back gaming session but was fun to hang out with friends.
