Holding Zone 3 - My Actifit Report Card: February 20 2026

End of the week finally arrived and it was another busy day as I was set at my desk early this morning as I caught up on things given the busy day yesterday. I did not get a chance to go for an early walk but knew I would have a challenge in the afternoon at my weekly gym GTX class. First, I did have to prepare for it with good energy by way of some meals. I kept the protein up and had a banana for some carbs half hour before the gym visit.

The GTX class was one of the most challenging I have done in a while. I was suspicious when I first saw the workout blocks as the incline while in Zone 2 was a recipe to be in Zone 3. After the first interval, I was consistently in Zone 3 for workout. It lasted through the floor routine with weight lifting as it was also a challenge. I think this will serve as a good routine for my weight routine as well. I got home for a shower and Dinner before getting some rest to get some sleep this weekend.
