Room for More - My Actifit Report Card: February 22 2026
Despite wanting to rest last night, I got caught up in some online video games for a second straight week. That impacted my sleep last night as I still was up for breakfast with the family. After getting some chores done, I did some project work to set myself up for the busy week ahead. It was still early afternoon when I finally got up to head to the gym.
Since my body has been feeling well, I went for a heavy weight training session. The gym was empty so I got done pretty efficiently although I went for low rep given the heavy weight. After a cooldown, I headed to the Spa for some recovery. I was at my home before the next meal with the family which set me up for some time enjoying the time together. I had to pace a bit in the evening to get to my daily goal but I was ready for bed nice and early as it is back to work tomorrow.
