Consistent Zone 3 to End the Week - My Actifit Report Card: February 27 2026

The end to a busy week was met with a busy day from the start. I could not get an early workout but Fridays have been setup for an evening workout with the family so I was not worried about getting activity as long as I could get things done at work. I was able to start early and got rid of emails from the prior day pretty quick which set the tone well for the day. After a couple of meetings in the morning, I was able to get a good lunch hour in for a meal.

I continued to grind after lunch at work and found myself in a good spot ahead of schedule which was great. It actually got me a chance to prepare for the weekend chores which will keep me busy as the month end will bring some tasks to do before it all ends. We got to the gym early before the class which allowed me for a short warm up walk before the intensity started. The routine had me at Zone 3 for a good amount of the class which was great for me to test my resistance. While not the best, I did get everything done. I was glad to be home to rest for the evening.
