Long Day - My Actifit Report Card: March 5 2026

It was a pretty long day for me as work was more hectic than anticipated. I had an early start so could not really get a workout in so opted to go for a walk when I went for Lunch late morning. That helped me catch from the lackluster day of yesterday as well. I find myself pretty tired with a long day of work and travel tomorrow as I head into the weekend with additional work to do as well.

The diet is not helping so I will need to adjust soon as it will likely get out of hand for me as it often does. In the meantime, I will continue to ensure my activity and routine push my limits to improve in that aspect. When I do get to focus on my workouts, I feel pretty good so will need to make the most if it. Need to get a good workut to end the week as the weekend will be a challenge.
