Mid Week Catch Up for Strength - My Actifit Report Card: March 11 2026
I caught up on more sleep and my body is now recovered after the horrible day yesterday. In my first test today, I headed to the gym after my morning coffee for a workout. After a warm up on the treadmill, I hit the weights and went heavy again to push a bit given the rest day yesterday. From there, it was a big breakfast with the family. I needed to catch up on food too so it was a protein packed breakfast.
After a waiting period to get everyone together, we all headed out to explore the island. After some quick shopping, we landed going for a tour around the island with the final stop being the beach. Had plenty of activity chasing the children at the beach so it was a good catch up day for everything.
