Keeping the Legs Strong - My Actifit Report Card: March 17 2026
I was up early today to get a workout in before the busy schedule planned. I decided to go for a run as I heard if a potential 5K I may participate in around May. The short notice will not give me enough time to properly train for it so it will be more about completing the race. Took half hour at my zone 2 pace just to keep the legs strong although I did get some soreness given the workout yesterday.
After a short cooldown, I was off to a shower before getting to my desk. It was back to back all morning but it was a productive day as I got plenty of things running today. It gave me the chance to head home early evening to get some rest but not before a couple of catch up things I needed to to for my projects which also continue to ramp and overlap. The early start led to me being ready for bed earlier than usual today.
