Better but Not Pushing - My Actifit Report Card: March 24 2026
I suddenly woke up feeling better this morning even though it was an early start to get to the gym for a workout. I felt that I could potentially push on the treadmill today but hesitated given that my body does not seem ready for it. I ended with an hour long walk on the treadmill testing some hill intervals to get the heart rate into Zone 2. I did not struggle too much bit it was not easy either.
After a shower, I was at my desk for a busy day ahead. Things have piled up agan so I took the morning to mainly catch up and get things rolling for some projects. That was met with some meetings in the afternoon before escaping back home for some rest in the evening. Targeting for an early bedtime as the body and mind needs it ahead of another early start coming.
