Cardio Morning - My Actifit Report Card: March 26 2026
Today was another early start, but this time going outside for some cardio as my body was feeling better and I wanted to push a bit more. I wasn’t ready for a long or intense run, so I started with a walk to warm up and took some intervals to jog moderately in zone two. The intervals worked pretty good as I was able to complete 3 miles. The weather was great and it helped me enjoy some peace before going to work.
I was in meetings most of the morning and only had opportunities to have a couple of meals in between them. However, I was happy to be able to finish my day at a normal time which allowed me to spend time with the family. We actually played some board games before dinner, which was fun. I still had some activity to do to get to my daily goal so paste around the house to achieve it. But overall, I’m feeling better and ready for increasing the intensity in my workouts in the days to come.
