Early Rise for Speed - My Actifit Report Card: April 9 2026
I was at the gym early today for my workout as I could not sleep much yet again. This time my back was bothering me again but I pushed through it to get some cardio on the treadmill. I went for a speed interval session for 45 minutes. I aas surprised about how well I felt afterwards although my cooldown was short and slow to recover. After a shower, I was at my desk to catch up on work as deliverables continue to pile up.
Close to the weekend but with one day left, I am confident that I will get things in order for next week which will be the busiest of the year for me. I am looking forward to the weekend as I need some rest if I can find my sleep process again. Not sure what is causing it but it could be some stress given everything going on in my life at the moment. Im hanging on to my fitness habits by a thread so need to work harder for it to progress.
