Quick but Heavy - My Actifit Report Card: April 16 2026
Another early start to a busy day found me at the gym again. After walking on the treadmill for a warmup, I headed to the smith machine for some weight training. I went heavy again which continued to be a challenge for some reason but likely given how tired my mind and body have become given my schedule this week. I kept the workout to 30 minutes but got to most of my major muscle groups.
The rest of the day was just as busy as the rest this week although I did get a break in the evening which I used for a quiet but lonely Dinner. I was happy to get to my room early with time to pack and head for some rest. One more day for home and the weekend but key tasks remain for me.
