Walking for a Stretch - My Actifit Report Card: April 19 2026
I had another long and great night of sleep which is exactly what my mind and body needed. I was ok with taking it easy today before a week of work ahead as recovery is key for things to progress. After a good meal with the family, I laid in bed for a while catching up on some reading. I am between two books that are pretty good so took the time as I was recovering.
The afternoon came and the family decided to head out for a quick lunch which got me some good protein. The weather was ok so when I got back, I decided to go for a walk outside. It was not too hot but no breeze made me sweat a bit. I also did some mobility activity that a therapist gave me for my back to see if I get some improvement on that side. The rest of the evening was spent with the family again playing board games. Ready for the week ahead.
