Monday Lifting at Gym - My Actifit Report Card: April 20 2026
The week got started busy as expected as my meetings started early which did not allow me to get any early activity. When I found some time, the weather did not agree as it was raining so I opted to go to the treadmill instead for about 40 minutes. It overlapped with a call I had to take which at least got me good activity ahead of my trip to the gym.
As soon as my last meeting was done and despite some emails in my inbox, I headed to the gym for my weekly weightlifting class. I continue to adapt my weight selection as the exercises remain the same but the instructor already warned us that next week will be the last of the exercises we have been learning this month. It is my way to target some improvement over time as I am feeling stronger which is the only positive metrics I am feeling at the moment.
