Training for Pace - My Actifit Report Card: April 23 2026
I was up early again today to head to the gym for a workout despite my body still asking for some sleep. I decided to do it as I had commitments into the evening and still have issues with my pace earlier this week. I got to the gym to hit the treadmill and push for some speed intervals with an incline. I want to start adding this intensity to change things up in the short term.
The workday was busy as expected which interrupted a bit around my diet as well but I got to get to my protein goals at the end which is my main target. An achievement was getting home before nightfall. After another meal and a quick shower, I was in bed ready to catch up on rest. Weekend is very close but not enough.
