Early Programming - My Actifit Report Card: April 28 2026
I was up early today despite my body not agreeing with it as I needed to get a workout in before the work day started as it would have been impossible given my schedule today. I debated on route to the gym what I would do given the lack of energy I had. In order for me not to decide, I went with some programming from the treadmill at the gym instead. I was a 40 minute interval session which mixed both speed and incline.
It was a good challenge to get the day started. I had some time afterwards so headed to the Spa for some recovery which was great except for the Cold Plunge. As much as I complained to get through it, my body reacted very well to it as it gave me a good boost in energy as I headed to work. The day worked out great as I was able to finish all my commitments in good time for some rest and a planned early bedtime to catch up on sleep.
