Mid Week Early Lift - My Actifit Report Card: April 29 2026
It worked yesterday so took the same approach with an early session at the gym before the complexity of the work day I was expecting. After a warm up on the treadmill, I hit a full body weightlifting session going heavy while being careful with the stiffness of my back. Still feeling that I am progressing with strength which is a good indicator for me despite the way I am feeling in general.
I also had enough time with a quick visit to the Spa for some recovery to prepare for the day ahead. The energy came in well for a number of things I had to get done ahead of an event the family had in the evening. Happy to be where I am at at mid week although plenty work remains. Targeting another early bedtime tonight as it may all happen again tomorrow.
