Lifting Alone - My Actifit Report Card: May 15 2026
It was another long day today due to work but I was able to get done in time for a relaxed afternoon which allowed me to get to the gym before Dinner. I was able to get a good warmup to stretch my legs and then go for a good lift. I worked with dumbbells today but still went heavy to push myself a bit. I definitely felt the effort and I would expect some soreness to come over the weekend.
After a shower, I went to Dinner via a walk which got me well above my daily goal for the day. I then spent time watching tv and rest for another day of travel tomorrow to meet up with the family for the weekend before continuing for work while not home. It will be a busy weekend and week so need to keep the energy up with good food and making time for activity.
