Not the Best - My Actifit Report Card: May 30 2026
Everything was set for a strong workout today as I got great sleep last night and had a protein packed breakfast. I waited a bit and did some chores at home before heading to the gym. The gym was not full which was my hope for an afternoon workout. I started on the treadmill for a warm up. I headed straight to the weight afterwards but quickly realized that I was a bit off. I was struggling to complete the same sets and reps from last week.
I was surprised by not being at my best despite preparing well. I decided to keep the workout short and just hit a couple of muscle groups. I went to the treadmill to cooldown and get some activity to then head back and rest. It was still early when I got home so wrapped up the chores of the weekend and sat with the family to watch tv until the game was on. Probably going to have a long night playing video games to help with the stress.
