My Actifit Report Card: March 7 2023

Yesterday started off very nice and later turned mega grey! So I was glad to have gone out for a walk first thing including the meadows. The ground was frosty and hence solid as a rock and the sun was at that low squinty angle. It was lovely as we’ve not been out on the field for ages.

Today I was up in London to go into the office and then met up with my brother for beer and food. Took some photos on our way around too. Nice steps today.
