My Actifit Report Card: May 28 2023

I’ve had my Claude butler bike for ages now and just haven’t used it much recently. Today I decided to take it for a spin at lunchtime, despite aching from yesterdays kayaking. Now either my bike needs some good oiling or, hmm, I do🥹; it felt a bit of a stiff ride today. I filmed it with the Insta360 the other day too and that was fun.

We went over to Aldershot Lido to help run a taster day and we think we’ll see some new members join as a result of that.

Spent the day equipping people with life jackets, helmets, paddles and of course boats! I even squeezed in a paddle out on the water myself which was nice.
