people who inline skate here use it to play roller hockey, I never really see anyone just using it as a way to get around. It was really popular about 20 years ago.

interesting. There is an event Night Skating every second Friday in Dresden. Sometimes with 500-1000 people. In London I saw a similar thing by the OXford Street with about 60 people. I know, that in Vienna is also very popular.
I find it super specially then, when I have an ankle sprain as I had before.
