My Actifit Report Card: January 10 2022
This is my lowest step count ever, was considering not posting but didn't want to lose my daily streak of posting every day.
The reason I had very few steps was that I was feeling quite ill today and in bed most of the day. This was from the side effects of the covid booster jab. I know there are disparate views on here about vaccinat but I see this as a personal choice. So hopefully what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Feeling better now, ready for tomorrow to do more steps.

I am not vaccinated but I totally agree with you. This is everyone's personal choice. Hope you'll get better soon! We had a strange encounter in our family with covid. Wifey is not vaccinated too. But we all (including our daughter) had some symptoms about 6 months ago. A few weeks later we did IgG test and wifey had loads of antibodies and I had zero :) I repeated that test a few weeks latter - still zero :) And we basically 24/7 are spending time together.
